PinMyMetal(PMM): A hybrid learning system to accurately model transition metal binding sites in macromolecules

PMM is trained on various transition metal binding sites, including Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn, providing valuable insights into these sites. It analyzes local structural and physicochemical features to assign reliability scores to each prediction, ensuring accuracy. The workflow can be extended to alkali and alkaline earth metals by updating the training data and structural parameters, accommodating diverse research needs.
